1. Compressor: Now available with GMCC 90 and Tecumseh THK-2390 specially for FOW developed by Tecumseh develop in Brazil Unit but production in India without spring compressor. Now, using nylon base foundation specially for bad roads.
2. Excel Rotor Fan : We are using 5 Watts Fan Motor 100% maintenance free.
3. Condenser : Pin and Tube Condenser, newly developed 100% copper with aluminum Pins. Nitrogen gas tested for 100% leak proof.
4. Product Tank: 0.6 mm GI
5. Outer Body : Precoated Sheet 0.6 mm base material Galvanize Sheet both side inner & outer hot treatment powder coating paint with plastic safety guard film.
6. Top & Door : Fully SS.
7. Main Wiring and Compress Wiring : 100% automobile grade without tapping fully clipping system.
8. Copper Pipe : 100% Pure Copper without joint coiling in evaporator.
9. Evaporator Coiling : 100% Rolling made by machine not hand made.
10. Powder Coating Paint : 100% Glossy Powder Coating Paint.
11. Extra Protection for Leakage : 100% Food grade -600C temperature chemical use for glycol leakage.
12. Folding Compressor Assembly Plate : Try System Compressor can be replaced outside of FOW due to separate assembly plate.
13. We are providing SS bottom frame and metal grills instead of plastic grills.
14. Dryer with Multicooler : We are using 100% copper dryer with multicooler and with double vacuum system.
